How are you different than the other C-Fab companies? Why would I want to start using your services ?

  • That's a hard question to answer. Like other C-Fab companies we can talk about quality and price until we are blue in the face. In our competitive market, if we couldnąt provide the highest quality and best prices we wouldnąt be in business.

  • Our C-Fab is based on the kind of experience or customer gets by using our service. Will other C-Fab companies send an owner out to your shop to see how you fabricate and learn what you-the customer needs in order to service your customers? Well, we do!

  • We also assign a technician to each customer, so in essence, our customer has their own technician who is familiar with their standards.

  • We also create customer standard manuals based on your individualized requirements for our technicians to use for every customer. This creates a standard product for our customers every time.

What is your typical turn-around time for fabrication and /or distribution of your products ?

  • All orders for products placed by 4:00pm PST will ship that day.

  • We always do our best to achieve the fastest turnaround times for fabrication. Most times we can even get the project done ahead of time. Check out the PDF file in the Fabrication Price List (COMING SOON) section, to download the standard turn around times.

How do you ship and what do you charge ?

  • Depends on the product. Fabricated devices, Central Fabrication are shipped UPS Ground FREE of charge. Any product order over $250 ships UPS Ground FREE of charge, excluding Restech Epoxy Resin. If our customer requires Fed Ex or US mail, we can do that also. Local customers can also benefit from Greyhound bus service for same day shipments!

What really sets one company apart from the next is the cost. How competitive are your prices ?

  • We have built our business on being a great deal! Not only have we looked for the best quality products, but we have priced them to be highly competitive and the lowest price.

  • We offer discounts on high volume orders, special promotions and free shipping on most of our products and services.

  • We view our vendors as part of our success, just as our customers are. We see both as equal partners in our business.

  • We work with our vendors to purchase on a "pull system", to project accurate buying standards. We donąt want them to hold extra inventory, which adds to their costs and ours.

  • This saves our venders money. So, in turn, it saves us money, which we pass on to you!

How can you ensure I will get good customer service and not get "lost in the shuffle" ?

  • Fabtech doesn't pay our salaries our customers do! We take that to heart. C-Fab customers get their own fabricating profiles made into a standards book for our technicians to follow. Customers who purchase products from us have their own assigned region representative and as always our customers have direct access to us the owners! Our company is based on what our customer wants!

How will I be able track my projects while you're working on them ?

  • Right now we are working on a website database program that will allow the customer to enter a password into their customer profile and see the status of the project, of course we are available by phone. As of now just call and our friendly staff will be glad to help you.
