1.Gel time. Use our Rapid Cure Technology Gel Promoter to speed it up or slow it down. It's your choice.

2. Cure time. Need a cured socket fast? No problem! Use our Rapid Cure Technology Heat Sack for a consistent cure time of 30 minutes.

3. Viscosity. Need it thinner or thicker? No problem! You can change it.

Materials | Carbon and Glass Braid

Carbon & glass braids are sold by the pound from the manufacturer. Yield for carbon and glass braid is based on a feet-per-pound yield ratio set by the manufacturer. Have you ever pulled on carbon or glass braid? Most carbon and
glass braid is pulled off a spool and cut at its stretched length, dramatically affecting yield.

At Fabtech we have our manufacturer weigh the material as it is rolled onto the spool from the weaving machines. So our customers are guaranteed they get what they pay for every time. We carry all common sizes of carbon and glass

• Our components are made of special 3-1 titanium alloy, thus making the material 20% stronger than typical 6-4 alloy, while keeping it as lightweight.

We are an practitioner / technician-owned private company not affiliated with a large parent corporation. This means we can provide a unique, customized experience for our clients.

We realize time is of the essence in any business, so we have developed quick turn-around times. Most projects can be completed within one to three days. But if our standard turn-around time isn't feasible for a particular project, we can work with you to come up with a more appropriate delivery date.

We chart your standard fabrication procedures and customize our work orders to be used each time we make a product for you.

We work with you on a personalized basis to use unique procedures to get the best product for your patient. We provide a specially assigned technical contact to help you track project management. When appropriate, we can provide a Fabtech Systems representative to come to your facility for free to help you solve your fabrication challenges.
