International Orders
Fabtech Systems has International Distributors in Canada and abroad. We encourage our customers to do business with these distributors. Please check our website or call customer service at 1- 800-FABTECH and ask for the name of the distributor nearest you. Doing business locally will avoid direct payment of brokerage and other import fees and might actually save money over buying direct. Fabtech Systems will sell directly to international customers whenever the customer so desires. Please make payment in US funds via wire transfer, VISA and Master Card. The customer is responsible for any brokerage charges, duty, taxes, etc.
Shipping:
When will my order ship?
Usually, orders placed by 2:00pm (Pacific Time) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm (Pacific Time) are shipped the following business day. Orders shipped by air are shipped the same day when possible. Occasionally an order is held up for a day or two while we wait for inventory to be made. If we anticipate an extended delay, we'll let you know.
Shipping Policy
FOB Everett Washington UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS published rates in effect when your order is shipped are used to determine the freight amount charged. Additional charges imposed by the carrier, which are not deemed freight, may include, but are not limited to: hazardous material fees, insurance, handling, fuel surcharges, Saturday delivery, residential delivery and/or Adult Signature Required. Discounts do not apply to freight or handling charges.
Product Shipping Insurance: Shipped items are insured by UPS at a $100.00 maximum value. Added insurance may be purchased at your request.
Fabtech Systems will not be held liable for lost or damaged products.
Will you ship my products "Next Day Air?"
Yes. There are some additional fees plus the increased freight charges. Call us for a freight quote.
Will you ship my order with the carrier of my choice?
Maybe. If you have an account with the other carrier and they will pick up your order at our facility.
Can you ship hazardous materials?
Yes. However, we cannot use the US Postal Service.
Sales Tax:
All sales at fabtechsystems.com are business to business wholesale. We require a copy of your sales tax certificate number on file in order to not charge sales tax.
Methods of Payment:
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. EFT (electronic funds transfer) please contact us for ETF information. You can mail us a check. Please do not mail cash.
Will you ship my order COD?
No we do not ship COD, Please use a credit card or EFT payments.
